The event

This year, we’ll once again be racing on the extra-long 3.7 km version of this popular circuit in Alsace. The track is set in the heart of the forest, and even the paddock is surrounded by greenery. There’s no pit lane here, but there’s plenty of space for trailers too. The track features a series of tight corners as well as a long straight with a dip. On this circuit, good handling is more important than engine power. This makes it an ideal training track for perfect cornering technique.

Unlike other race tracks, which are usually situated in rather rugged surroundings, Alsace offers beautiful scenery and a wide range of culinary delights to enjoy outside of the event itself. Even the journey through Alsace is very charming, and nearby Colmar is the perfect place for a short break before the event.

A maximum of 30 vehicles per group. Only road-legal and insured vehicles.

Entry fee

Club members: 459,- euros
without membership 510,- euros

Several drivers can share a car. However, a charge of €35 applies for each additional passenger. Total driving time: 3.5 hours, divided into 45-minute and 30-minute sessions. Open pit lane within your group.

IMPORTANT: Before you arrive, please click on this link and complete the track’s disclaimer.

Catering

We’ve booked the large, excellent buffet. Lunch is included in the price for the driver. The dessert buffet is absolutely stunning! There’s also a ‘bar’ on the first floor with a sun terrace and views of the track. We provide free cold drinks and coffee.

Procedure

We recommend arriving the day before.

Please note: Unlike last year, the RaceTrack4You team will NOT be staying at the Hotel Domain du Moulin but will be staying directly at the race track! One night’s accommodation costs around 20 euros and covers one vehicle plus trailer, regardless of the number of people in the vehicle. Accommodation is available in tents, converted vans, caravans and other semi-trailers

On the day of the event: Meet at the racetrack from 7.30 am. Participants who were not present the evening before will now receive their race numbers. Transponders are not required at Anneau du Rhin. The first stint for each group will consist of guided laps. Instructors will be on site all day to ride along if requested or to offer further guided laps.

Volume

Please note: The noise level of each vehicle is checked statically, 50 cm from the exhaust, at an angle of 45°, and at 60% of maximum revs (start of the red zone) before entering the track. Normally, there are no noise issues at Anneau du Rhin provided a standard exhaust system is fitted. However, excessively loud vehicles may be excluded before the event.
