The Bilster Berg was opened in 2013 and remains the first new test and racing circuit built in Germany since the Nürburgring in 1927. The track layout was designed by Hermann Tilke, who also created seven of the current Formula 1 circuits. Rally legend Walter Röhrl was also involved in the project.
The RaceTrack4You team was already present at the very first official event with the 7-IG on June 3, 2013, and since then, we have hosted numerous events at this beautiful facility.
Our driver training takes place on one of the most spectacular tracks in Europe — the Bilster Berg. Originally designed as a proving ground for the automotive industry, it offers a demanding mix of corners combined with steep gradients and descents. The track surface corresponds to that of public roads and does not have the high grip level of a typical race track. The Bilster Berg has earned itself the nickname “Little Nordschleife.”
The 4.2 km circuit follows the natural topography of the landscape. 44 crests and dips challenge both driver and suspension. The 26% downhill section into the left-hand turn of the “Mausefalle,” followed by two compressions and a subsequent 21% uphill with a blind right-hand bend, are already legendary.
The total driving time is now 4 hours and 30 minutes, as we are using two lunch groups. This event takes place on a Friday.
This event is open to a maximum of 30 vehicles per group, regardless of brand. Only road-legal and insured vehicles are allowed. Driving takes place alternately in two groups. No track experience required — newcomers are welcome.
